I created IELTS PRO Online because I feel that most students in IELTS classes do not get enough individual attention.   Like many teachers, I have worked in language centers and in universities, and often had classes of up to 20 students at one time.   Although I loved helping my students improve, I often wished that I had more time to give each one the personal guidance necessary to focus on their individual needs.
